At STESAR, we have been dealing with solutions in the field of industrial automation for over 30 years. One of the processes occurring in our company is the assembly of control cabinets. So far, we have already built hundreds of control cabinets, switchboards and various types of panels. This process is carried out both in the case of comprehensive control system projects and as an independent service that we provide to our clients.

Our standards
Our process
The service of building cabinets can be carried out on the basis of documentation provided by the customer or we can prepare documentation based on input data. In the latter case, the wiring diagrams are created using EPLAN Electric P8, ELCAD, SEE Eletrical or WSCAD. We also adopt the client’s standards or work on our own, developed with many years of experience.
The components we use to build cabinets are always of renowned global brands. If the client has a standard, we always use it or propose our proven solutions. We have our own parts warehouse consisting of 2000 indexes, so we always have standard components at hand.
The facade of the control cabinet is a very important visual element of the control cabinet. Very often there are multiple buttons and operator’s panels on the front door. That is why we pay attention to high-quality workmanship, securing sensitive places during assembly. At the client’s request, we install air conditioning and ventilation modules in the cabinet.
The assembly of the plate consists of several stages:
- Plate tracing
- Channels and electrical rails installation
- Components installation on the plate
- Wiring and components connecting
After the board is installed, it is placed in the cabinet’s facade and the final connections between the board, the facade and the front door are made.
Our quality inspector checks the circuits and the compliance of connections with the diagrams. We also perform a connection test using special gaugea. At the client’s request, we can carry out specialized measurements confirmed by appropriate reports.
